What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date regardless of the reason for the return. Simply click Contact Us and request a return merchandise authorization number. Then, send the watch case back to us with the RMA # on the outside of the shipping box and we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At the present time we ship internationally to Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and The United Kingdom. All international shipments are sent via U.S. Postal Service's Airmail and shipping generally costs between $25 and $45 for most watch case models. The exact shipping cost depends on your address and the weight of your order. Please email us if you have any other questions regarding international shipments.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Due to the size of our watch cases, we cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Please provide a physical address for order delivery.
How soon will my order be sent to me?
UPS picks up shipments at our location every business day at approximately 3:30PM pst excluding holidays. So orders placed before 3:00PM will usually be shipped out on that same day. A UPS tracking number is emailed for every domestic order. International orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, and unfortunately tracking numbers are not available for those orders..
